بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

﴿1﴾ اِنَّاۤ اَنۡزَلۡنٰهُ فِىۡ لَيۡلَةِ الۡقَدۡرِۚ ۖ‏

ترجمہ : ہم نے اس( قرآن) کو شب قدر میں نازل (کرنا شروع) کیا

Lo! We revealed it on the Night of Predestination.

﴿2﴾ وَمَاۤ اَدۡرٰٮكَ مَا لَيۡلَةُ الۡقَدۡرِؕ‏

ترجمہ : اور تمہیں کیا معلوم کہ شب قدر کیا ہے؟

Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Night of Power is!

﴿3﴾ لَيۡلَةُ الۡقَدۡرِ ۙ خَيۡرٌ مِّنۡ اَلۡفِ شَهۡرٍؕ‏

ترجمہ : شب قدر ہزار مہینے سے بہتر ہے

The Night of Power is better than a thousand months.

﴿4﴾ تَنَزَّلُ الۡمَلٰٓٮِٕكَةُ وَالرُّوۡحُ فِيۡهَا بِاِذۡنِ رَبِّهِمۡ‌ۚ مِّنۡ كُلِّ اَمۡرٍۛ ۙ‏

ترجمہ : اس میں روح (الامین) اور فرشتے ہر کام کے (انتظام کے) لیے اپنے پروردگار کے حکم سے اترتے ہیں

﴿5﴾ سَلٰمٌ هِىَۛ حَتّٰى مَطۡلَعِ الۡفَجۡرِ‏
