Deputy Director (BPS-17)

Inspector (BPS-16)

The FPSC advertises vacancies and conducts an aptitude test and subsequent interviews with eligible candidates.

On the recommendation of the FPSC, the competent authority issues letters of appointment.

Deputy Assistant Inspector (BPS-11)

Corporal (BPS -07)

ASF headquarters announce vacant positions.

Physical, IQ and written tests are organized at designated airports.

On the basis of the tests, the Departmental Selection Committee prepares the list of merits following the prescribed quota and recommends qualified candidates for appointment.

On the recommendation of the Departmental Selection Committee, the Director General of the ASF orders the appointments of the deserving candidates.

Both male and female candidates can apply.

Selection criterion

Deputy Director (BPS-17)

Minimum qualifications: second master's degree or C.

Physical fitness standard:

The minimum height for men is 5'6 "or 168 cm and for women is 5'2" or 157 cm.

Minimum weight for men is 106 lbs or 48.1 kg and for women 45 kg or 99.2 lbs.

The minimum size for a male extendable chest is 32-34 inches.

 Experience: Two (2) years of postgraduate work experience in the Civil Forces / Armed Forces departments.

Age limit: 20-35 years old. However, the government may relax the upper age limit, which is currently 5 years.

Inspector (BPS-16)

Minimum qualifications: Graduation.

Physical fitness standard:

Minimum height for men is 5'6 "and women are 5'2".

Minimum weight for men is 106 pounds or 48.1 kg, for women 45 kg.

The minimum bust size for men is 32¾ ", the extension is 34¾".

Age limit: 20-28 years old, however the government may relax the upper age limit, which is currently 5 years.

Deputy Assistant Inspector (BPS-11) (both candidates and men can apply)

Minimum rating: FA, FSc or equivalent.

Physical fitness standard.

Minimum height for men is 5'6 "and women are 5'2".

Minimum weight for men is 106 pounds or 48.1 kg, for women 45 kg.

The minimum size for a man's chest is 32-34 inches.

Age limit: 18-25, however the government may relax the upper age limit, which is now 5 years.

Corporal (BPS-7) (both candidates and men can apply)

Minimum score: metric.

Physical fitness standard:

Minimum height for men is 5'6 "and women are 5'2".

Minimum weight for men is 106 pounds or 48.1 kg, for women 45 kg.

The minimum size for a man's chest is 32-34 inches.

Age limit: 18-25 years old. However, the government may relax the upper age limit, which is currently 5 years.

Note. Applicants are encouraged to submit, along with the application form, a certificate of physical fitness of a specified standard issued by a registered physician.
